Multiple Cesareans and vbac
Your birth provider will probably not want you to attempt a vbac if you've had a number of Cesarean deliveries yet women do make that choice.
Making a choice to go against professional opinion is unnerving for sure and many women just plan cave in. Those few women who choose to try a VBAC either are successful or not.
Birthing Better with The Pink Kit Method® takes two approaches to this issue:
- Become skilled so you'll have skills in whatever birth you have.
- Giving birth is the end game, not how your baby is born
Taking this approach can free your mind. The decisions you personally make run parallel to the skills you learn.
Most women grieve a vaginal birth experience because they did not learn, practice and use skills during their previous births. In other words, birth happens to most women. Yet, giving birth is always an activity you and your baby are doing together. When you learn and use skills you remain more connected.
Listen to the audio and learn more about how skills can help you clear your mind, become skilled then use your skills whether you try for a VBAC or decide to have another non-laboring surgical birth.
