Birth And Birth Coaching Skills For Non-laboring Cesareans

We've lost track of what pregnancy and childbirth are all about. Listen to this audio and discover the truth.

What exactly is important to you as expectant parents ... 'the birth' or your baby?

Now is the time to change the whole conversation around pregnancy and childbirth. Right now we're divided and warring. Those pregnant women who want an elective Cesarean feel aggressive and defensive. Those pregnant women who want a 'natural birth' feel aggressive and defensive. So are pregnant women who want a vbac (vaginal birth after a cesarean) but end up with a non-laboring Cesarean also have these strong emotions.

And this is where we've lost the plot. We're having a baby. This means giving birth is an activity you will do even if you're having a non-laboring Cesarean no matter how you feel about it.

Because you're going to do the activity of giving birth and your baby is doing the activity of being born you and your partner can enjoy (yes enjoy) learning how to give birth, learn, practice and use your birth and birth coaching skills to work with your baby's birth journey.

You'll have plenty of time on the way to hospital to use your skills. This will calm both of you and bring you closer to your baby. You'll have plenty of time to use your skills entering the hospital and being prepped. This will center you and strengthen your teamwork as a family ... bringing you closer to your baby's journey.

Continue to use your birth and birth coach during your baby's birth. You do this because you are having a baby!
